Crescent Launches Homebuilding Unit Based in Charlotte

This morning, the company announced it has created Fielding Homes to first build homes in the Charlotte region. Later, the division will move into Raleigh and other southern locations. Its first homes will be on 64 lots in Masons Bend, a York County community overlooking the Catawba River.
